The Site aggregates and displays Formula 1 trading-card market information, including recent sales, live listings, and record prices. Trading cards are a discretionary, volatile, and illiquid market. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, and collecting decisions.

Accuracy and availability of data

Market data is aggregated from third-party marketplaces and auction results and is provided "as is." Prices change constantly, listings can be edited or removed, and sources can contain errors. We make no warranty that any figure on the Site is current, complete, or accurate, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site. Sales and listing data originate with third parties (including marketplaces and auction houses). We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their content, pricing, or conduct. References to specific cards, sales, drivers, sets, brands, or grading companies are for identification and informational purposes only.

Intellectual property

The original layout, text, and design of the Site are the property of F1 Card Index. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Site without permission. Card images and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law; to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content through automated means without permission; to interfere with the Site's operation or security; or to misrepresent the Site or its content.
